Adie has been immersed in sports his entire life. His grandfather, August Busch, Jr., as President and CEO of Anheuser-Busch, Inc., purchased the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team and served as its owner for over 35 years. After earning a double major in Real Estate/Finance and Sports Management from Southern Methodist University, Adie began his career in sports marketing.  

He revolutionized wealth-building for his clients by securing not only large endorsement deals but also equity ownership in companies, enabling athletes to build generational wealth long after their playing careers ended. Recognizing the value of a comprehensive, one-stop service for clients, Adie founded APAA Sports Group. In 2017, APAA merged with Young Money, forming Young Money APAA Sports.  

As CEO, Adie oversees an agency that has negotiated over a billion dollars in contracts and deals for its clients. Today, Young Money APAA Sports represents more than 100 clients across the NFL, NBA, NIL, and soccer.

Peter is part owner of YMAPAA and brother to Adie von Gontard. Peter became a NFL Sports Agent for YMAPAA Sports Agency in 2018 and has represented numerous draft picks and veterans in the NFL. Peter graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern Methodist University in 2007 with a degree in Finance / Real Estate. Furthermore, he received a MBA from Southern Methodist University in 2011. In the past, Peter has continued to pursue his passion for Real Estate and development. Through acquisition/deposition of properties for his personal family, he has negotiated well over $100 million in assets. Peter has honed in his skills and past experience to always capture the largest contracts and payouts for his clients. His well-rounded background also allows him to assist his clients with all facets of their lives not just a player’s contract negation. This includes experience and expertise in: company formation, home purchase/sale negotiation, planning for financial success off the field, and advice on various player investments.

Ali currently serves as President of Basketball Operations and General Counsel for Young Money APAA Sports. By obsessing over Collective Bargaining Agreements, Salary Caps, and analytics, Ali works every day to develop clever and unique opportunities for NCAA and professional athletes to exceed their earning potential, both on and of the court/field. During Ali’s time with the agency, we have had top 5 picks in the NBA & NFL Drafts, numerous first round picks, and have broken several records for contracts signed. He has been involved in over $100 million dollars in negotiations and contracts executed. After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, Ali began interning for YMAPAA in January of 2018 while in Law School at Southern Methodist University. He quickly rose through the ranks due to his tenacity and commitment to negotiate the best possible outcomes for clients. In 2023, Ali was awarded as the inaugural class of Conduct Detrimental: The Sports Law Intersection’s 10 under 10 Award.

Ray is an NFL Certified Agent and Executive Vice President of Football Operations at YOUNG MONEY APAA. With over a decade of experience, he specializes in contract negotiation, endorsements, and player association legalities. Ray holds a PhD from Virginia Tech, a Masters degree from Harvard University, an MBA from Roehampton London, and a Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University. He has a background as a university professor and entrepreneur, with experience in private equity and the tech industry.

A former Professional soccer player with 10+ years playing globally. Before merging with Young Money APAA, Chin founded CHYN and amassed over 60+ global transfers and millions of dollars in

compensation for clients in only 3 years. Growing up in a Jamaican Chinese household, education was always the priority, but football (Soccer) was where his true passions were. He is a FIFA Licensed Agent with an extensive global network and a knack for finding solutions and building lasting relationships.

A former Professional player with a career spanning the MLS, USL Championship, and Swiss Challenge League. After playing, Giuseppe, a Swiss American with Italian heritage, joined CHYN and helped build an agency known for its diverse group of talents. He is adept at employing innovative recruitment strategies to find and guide the best talents in the world.

Arielle Friedman, originally from Cherry Hill, New Jersey, is the General Manager for Young Money APAA Sports. Arielle's academic journey began at West Virginia University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Sport Management. During her time there, she gained hands-on experience as a Wrestling Operations Manager for three years. She then pursued her master's degree in Sport Management at Florida State University, where she contributed to the football program's recruiting efforts under Mike Norvell. After completing her master's, Arielle served as a Post-Graduate Fellow with the University of Tennessee Athletics Department, working alongside Danny White and the executive staff. Most recently, she was involved in recruiting for the University of South Florida football program. Arielle is deeply passionate about the behind-the-scenes work that empowers organizations and their athletes to achieve success daily, both on and off the field.

With a background in collegiate athletics and athlete services, Ally brings hands-on experience supporting athlete development both on and off the field. She has worked closely with players, coaches, and support staff to help foster growth, performance, and personal success.

Ally is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her degree in Physical Culture and Sport. During her time with Texas Football, she served as a Recruiting Assistant, gaining valuable experience in recruiting operations, player engagement, and roster management.

A native of North Carolina, Ricky Council II has cultivated a lifelong passion for basketball, both as a player and a professional within the sports industry. He began his collegiate athletic career at Providence College before transferring to the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), where he graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. In 2023, Ricky transitioned into the role of a sports agent with Young Money APAA sports, focusing on Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) representation. He assumed management responsibilities for his younger brother, Ricky Council IV, current guard with the Philadelphia 76ers. Drawing from his personal athletic background and deep understanding of the sports industry, Ricky Council II is dedicated to helping athletes navigate the complexities of professional and collegiate sports while maximizing their market potential.

Don Williams is a certified NFL agent from New Orleans, Louisiana specializing in contract negotiation and player representation. licensed attorney, a background that has proven invaluable when negotiating contracts and advocating for his clients' best interests on and off the field.

His experience in entertainment law has further sharpened his ability to handle complex negotiations and legal matters. Eloy earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and his Juris
Doctor, with honors, from Florida International University College of Law.
